Unable to download or need a different format?

  1. Click on the "lock" icon in the address bar of Chrome of Firefox
    • Chrome: Click "Connection", "Certificate information"
    • Firefox: Click "More Information...", "View Certificate"
  2. Find the Certificate
    • Chrome:
      • For the EnergyLink certificate click on the "Details" tab
      • For the Root or Issuer certificates click
        "Certification Path" then "View Certificate"

    • Firefox: Click on the "Details" tab
  3. Click "Copy to File..." or "Export..."

Your Certificate

EnergyLink does not install client certificates. Whether logging in via web browser or accessing our web services, authentication is done using a User ID and Password for EnergyLink. This is exchanged over the secure SSL connection using our certificate above.
